Out of interest, how do Mods get chosen...........just curious, nothing more

They are nominated by other mods, a discussion is held among the mods on the merits or otherwise of a candidate, and the final decision is made by the senior mods. A mesage is then sent inviting the candidate to join the panel.

Okay, seems fair................I am sure some would say it should be a vote by members, however, this ends up being a lottery I guess with the potential for syndicate voting etc

It was a genuine curious question. Even if I was interested, I just would not have the time to be a Mod.........however, cannot say it would not be fun when you misbehave........
