Won't see me tonight guys, sorry. That will probably make some people happy.

    Bugger

I was on my way there when my clutch cable broke. I was in the traffic at the round-about on high street and fairway drive. So close

Luckily TSS came and picked it up (had it booked in for a service tomorrow morning anyway) at five past six. Champions

Hope you all had a good ride
While you sit there liking things just cos' everyone else does, I'll be standing up here keeping it real.

A reasonable turn-out. We didn't get away from Laguna Elephanta until after 6:30pm, as people kept dribbling in. Over the Hill to the Royal Hotel at Featherston and then home again. The road wasn't as bad as portrayed by MD yesterday, but it was cold.

Bugger, I could have made it then... Didn't bother as I got out of work late (well, earlier than normal, but too late).

Sorry about the confusion at the duck pond Hitcher. I came to look at the seat but didn't have the time to go on the ride. You must have wondered what I was up to when I turned left at the lights instead of right. Especially after you had waited for me to get away.
I'm only wearing black until they develop something darker

It could have been more confusing if I'd followed you...

I was caught up in Paraparaumu and made it to Pauatahanui at about the time you guys were leaving. Oh well, I got a Paekak Hill fix out of it. Will pay my respects Saturday morning.

That would have been me. You were pretty tidy over the hill, nothing fancy, good momentum through the corners. As you gain confidence and experience, you'll find that the Hill will take on different dimensions for you.

An introduction next time for sure!
