Thanks to the guys who helped me over the Rimutaka pass (sorry if I held you up). Was great cornering practice, must have made progress, as it seemed easier coming back.

that was buckbuckno1 i think. dont ever worry about holding people up, if they are in that much of a hurry they will pass. if you stress about holding people up you will go to fast for yourself.
buckbuckno1 is a bloody good guy he would never feel put out by slower riders.

while were thanking people ... thanks to the guy that (up top of the hill) pointed out that my bike might not be blown up after all and it could just be the kill switch ... rite enough about that then ... only wasted about 10 minutes stressing haha

All comes down to practise... always ride your own ride, and never feel pressured to keep up with others... else thats when mistakes happen...

    glad you are enjoying yourself

What a great ride that was. Small turn out. But thats not always a bad thing.
We went right around the Grey road bay and then over Piecock and off to the pub/cafe above the swimming pool for food and drink.
I had a brilliant ride coming back through Piecock. Got onto the main drag along Judgeford and my motor went pop ! Had to get it trailered back to my place. I'll be ringing TSS first thing tomorrow morning and hopefully getting it back on the road as soon as possible.
