If you run a biker off the road, it is obvious that serious injury / death may occur.

But that is the yanks for you......shoot first, ask questions.
Yeah but the method works! He wont do it again will he?

Hmm lethal force...does that mean they can shoot him while hes riding away?

I dont really have any issue here, maybe with the first time forcing him into the ditch but not after him continuing to ride after that.

"Diane Davis, who drove the front vehicle in a line of three or four vehicles passed by Abney, testified that she was 'literally scared to death.'"

If she was LITERALLY scared to death, how did they interview her? Seance?

That's for sure. Had one of those myself years back. Heading up Waiwera hill (south side of Waiwera, passing lane) I passed a mufti... Slowed down a bit as I went across the bridge at Waiwera, looking for mate - spotted mufti coming down hill, lights flashing away. Thought about doing a runner - but had a chick on the back - it hadn't been a good weekend - so I thought "Naahhhh, I'll stop..." BIG friggin mistake. Never made again (at least not with a mufti - "What lights?").

I'd slowed down to about 60 k's, just near (past) the Wenderholm turnoff, when SCREEECCCHHHH!!!! behind me. FUCK! No second thoughts - hard left off the road into the drain! Bounced up the drain wrestling the bike (GSX1100) to a stop. Cop car stopped PAST me - big skid marks up the road.

Arsehole then had the nerve to rant at ME for "SLAMMING" on the brakes! And the Fckr still gave me a ticket (for like 120kph in 100). If it hadn't been for MY quick bailout reaction, me and the chick would have been well underneath his car - no door impact...

Sadly I was so shaken by it that I didn't think to get his badge number and file a complaint.

I'm glad you noticed that too, Bob.

"The fact that Abney was driving during the day... means only that Abney had the opportunity to scare more motorists to death," the court wrote.
You see, the biker had already killed one person and he was off to kill more! You can't just go around scaring innocent motorists to death and get away with it.

Notice Diane Davis was driving the front vehicle. What's the bet she was driving waaaay under the speed limit and hadn't looked in her mirror for several miles. Then that horrible big biker came out of nowhere and scared the poor thing to death!

Just as well the police officer executed Tiny before he could cause more harm.

    RIP Tiny.

Come on. Yes he should have stopped. But please - the I'm gonna ram this guy to teach him a lesson and if he dies, then oh well thinking - is soooooo fucked up. Jesus - sad sad world.

What next - beheading for dangerous use of a shopping cart.

Voltaire - on his deathbed to a priest asking that he renounce Satan

Would that we could do that here - I'd pay for the bullet(s) needed to get dicks off the road.

I tend to agree. An ego is just as deadly with a gun as on a bike.
