#2 Son has said more than once:
"Your bike sucks. You should've bought a proper bike, like a Harley."
I'd reply, "Well, your car sucks!", but he'd just agree with me.
... and that's what I think.

my nephew only knows me as StewMotabike, not uncle Stew, Stew....or anything else.
Just StewMotabike, infact mention Motorbike to him and he instantly says "StewMotorbike?"
I am more important to him than Santa as i visit about 5 times a year always with a $2 toy, most of the time on the bike (his jungle gym).
Makes me feel pretty cool.
He looks funny as in my boots helmet and gloves

My mates four year old son was allowed to blip the throttle on the Daytona a while back. Nothing was said, but the "look" was priceless.

"Your bikes shit, and you're a wanker"
"I came into this game for the action, the excitement... go anywhere, travel light,... get in, get out,... wherever there's trouble, a man alone... Now they got the whole country sectioned off; you can't make a move without a form."
Paved roads are just another example of wasted tax payer dollars.
Best would have to be just the general look of excitement on their lil faces n when their eyes light up n you hear a 'look mum a motorbike'!!![]()
"World famous since ages ago"
Had to pick up my friends kids from school (8 & 10) his wife had the car or something... so we decided to go pick them up on the two bikes... all the other kids were jealous and asking for rides too. Made their day and most likely talk about it for weeks...
On the way home from picking up some first run CKCG clothing, while waiting at the lights I hear someone chatting away. I looked to my left and it was a girl about 10 or 11 with the window down trying to talk to me. Noticing Ive noticed her she just simply says "Nice ride" and smiles. Then when the lights change she says "Bye!"

When I was 5 or 6 and at a camping ground with my parents a motorcycle club turned up and one of them had a trike. I promptly said, look dad, that motorbikes got training wheels!
i get some rather interesting comments on the yellow thing, espically if am in the gear.
Usually something like 'thats bright, by there parents', and the kids often just like it since it is so bright, and colourful to them.
Rather lour air horn helps also.
I find it sad that small kids are generally quite fascinated by bikes, but it only lasts a few years then they've been indoctrinated to think they're evil.
There's nothing like following a carload of small kids, all craning their necks trying to see your bike, then waving at them and seeing their excitement.
... and that's what I think.
