Motard ride, North Shore to Puhoi

    Hey Guys and Girls,

Is there anyone out there with a motard (or anything else) that is keen for a quiet tootle from the north shore up to Puhoi this Sunday (4th of November) probably leave mid dayish,

Will visit a few back roads on the way up (Albany, Coastsville, riverhead, Cowcop, Waitoki, Silverdale,) Something like that anyway, open to suggestions.

edit, now probably going to head out to Piha as ended up at Puhoi yesterday

Well, I'd love to come, but the tyranny of distance is upsetting that idea.

How dare you propose a 'quiet tootle'!?

I think you should have a competition to see how much of the trip can be done off regular roads. Ie. through carparks, down footpaths, over pedestrian bridges. That sort of thing.

Just don't run down any old ladies.

Old ladies are worth 10km of on-road riding.

Children are worth 5km of off-road though, everyone hates children.

weather, just had a look at the rain radar, looks like there is a big lump out of the the west coast but every where else looks pretty good, i'm easy if anyone has any other ideas on where to go, i'm just keen for a ride somewhere.

Sorry I didn't show up, But I did try, got as far as Kristen College in Albany when I noticed my bike started to feel strange, so I stopped to find a nail in my rear tyre and all the air had gone to the top, so spent the next hour waiting for my wife to bring the trailer from home.

Really sorry you waited for nothing....
