If you've a Triumph Rocket, why would you want a 250cc bike? :eyepoke:

It's probably his dream bike, not his current ride...:cool2:
And I to my motorcycle parked like the soul of the junkyard. Restored, a bicycle fleshed with power, and tore off. Up Highway 106 continually drunk on the wind in my mouth. Wringing the handlebar for speed, wild to be wreckage forever.

    Stop shouting.

That means stop using ALL CAPITAL LETTERS.

    Please.

Or you will be mocked mercilessly as a clueless n00b, and will annoy many.

Ahh, got to second the no caps requests, it is probably one of the most annoying things that someone can do on a board, apart from talking in caps AND no punctuation.

And having a name like sk8r_boi_ probably wouldn't help

I have a nice 1987 GF250. Its relatively quick and only has minor paint damage. The km's are a bit high at 49,000. Im taking it in to the shop in the next few weeks to get the carbs sorted. I'm looking for a quick sale in the near future. Will be sold with wof and reg. Anything above $1500 considered but i would want something closer to $1800 coz its in pretty good nik other than the crackled white paint. It will come with some extra parts aswell.

Otherwise there is the 1985 one im riding at the moment which has a rattly cam chain (approx $150 to fix), an oil leak, and a wasted rear shock. 40,400km but otherwise mechanically fine. Sold with Wof and reg for 6mths, and with a bike for spare parts (including a rear shock in good cond). This one will go for $1300 for the lot.

And if you are really desperate you could take the whole lot off me for $2600

where opinion holds more weight than fact.

It's better to not pass and know that you could have than to pass and find out that you can't. Wait for the straight.
