    Another very goodly evening.
So me not knowing if going or not going was going to happen.... it was worth the jaunt... roads almost deserted
A great ride over the hill to try and find the 10 buck meal again, to find that it was not to be found, but a 15.90 meal had to surfice. Hope the persons whom did not make the whole run is good too?!

Well me likley to be out of this for the next few weeks, with xmas and moving house.....cya on the Wenz'dy Bendy cruisy nites.

    Pictures show the goodness!!!

Not a bad ride tonight. Thoroughly enjoyed myself and learnt a lot.

Seems it's not such a good idea to go off road on a Katana.

Good times though and I didnt get hurt. Cheers to all who stopped. Guess I looked a bit silly perched where I was.

Not sure if I'll be down next week as its our busiest trading day. Could be a good way to unwind, but unfortunatly I may just find myself working a 12 hour day. Who knows?

And I believe you wernt the only one man...
This was expected but not by the guys taht did it in my opion, this is the reason I wont go on these rides, yeah sure sometimes shit can happen, but my dislike is in the way the rides are run eg: last ride I did the organiser said we will re regroup at the kiwi... no one was there when I arived so I waited for the last bunch to arive. eg: 2, bad riding habbits... they will catch up with you.

Spuds, tell us ya story so others can learn from your cock up (providing the twats listen and take it in)
    cheers DD

Yes Dangerous we know why you wont come on the rides..... lets move on from that.

Actually the regroups worked fine tonight, except for the first. We waited, but assumed after a while that they had continued. The fast group was waiting where we had decided, and we stoped for quite a while at little river, which was where those riding with the first accident caught us.

Mistakes happen, by riders of all abilities. Its gonna happen sometime or another, we just have to learn from it and move on

It was a good nights ride with nice dry roads unlike last week

Hope the rider that had an off in front of me is all well and the repair bill not too big.

It was an enjoyable run back home, I like sitting behind GB that bike sounds shit hot when open up.

I'll see you all in the new year for the wednesday night rides
    Cheers

Certainly never acceptable to have any off's, acco's or whatever, but to have an enjoyable ride.
Everyone has the responsibility to ride within their limits, if for nothing else to to keep the whole group safe, and arrive at, and home from destination in one peice with all bits in-tact.

Understandable though every time ya hit the road, ya gonna be at risk of something going amiss, wether it be by foot, car, bike or whatever.
We just dont want to create a rep that "people" see a flock (ok I work in poulty) of bikes, that they expect to see wreckage down the track somewhere.

No dangerous I'm not. Just sick of you bleating on about it! I see your point, but if that how you feel then why do you ride at all?? You seamed to be so fixed on everyone elses riding faults how about looking at ure own?? Unless you are all knowing and all perfect which I highly doubt it! I'm sure you have crashed before so dont you try and take the look at me I'm always right stance with me. YOU ARE NOT HELPING YOU JUST PISS PEOPLE OFF. If you do not like how things are being run, then you organise it! If you dont wanna come along and do that then keep ure crap to ureself.

I for one had a good ride. Just went at my own pace at the back, and just tried to relax a bit more. Wont be there next week but should make the following. Have fun those who head out

but the katana starts with like 20....so the score is katana: 20 tree:1

12 hour day?...pussy I've done 3 of those so far all have been friedman 12 hours too, so I've had to close up and do the banking on top of that, every other day has been 10+ and I have a 13 hour tomorrow! with only 1 half hour break if I'm lucky which is usually broken in half by some customer who cant read the instructions on the touch screen display!

Monday I did 12.5 hours on the floor with 3 10 minute breaks...

Your a silly ______ now arnt ya? I havnt 'started' bleating on yet, asking me why I ride is a no brainer girl... think about it will ya?
Im working on my own faults FL, always have always will, Ya know what at my age and the 200,000+ km's on the road plus track time, maybe... just maybe I am knowing, but certinly not perfect... yip I have crashed before... and thats why I DONT reconmend it, have you seen mates flowen away by ambo helly, had to call a meat wagon cos ya mates flat on the ground not moving... how about DEAD, I have lost count of the funerals I have been to.
If you think my posts are "crap" then good on ya, I hope when/if you arse up ya dont think... 'ohhh thats what the red headed prick ment'
If my 'bleating on' saves just one broken bone... Im happy, even if its yours.

Ever read the Dorkland ride threads? 5 bins on on ride once, and eventually 2 dead in one acco... NOT down here FL if only Dorkland had a 'bleater'

Still thinking about the question above? heres a clew, 'passion'... the other clew is above.
    cheers DD

That's says enough imho. I couldn't gel with my bike on Wednesday, so I rode slower... gave me a little more confidence and I was able to utilise a little more pace on the way home. If you haven't got that sort of self control, then bikes might be a short lived hobby for you.
