Fuel tank leaking like a running tap

Hi there. I have just spent the last three hours trying to figure our why my TGB101s (scooter) was leaking petrol like a running tap. I eventually found the leak (I think) by pulling out the seat compartment. It looks to me to be the fuel hose where is attaches to the tank. My problem at the moment is trying to find a good local Dunedin bike mechanic. Are there any Dunedin Bikers out there that can recommend and companies/people. Thanks in advance

Is it really 2007? Did you buy it from a shop? If so, go and tell them to sort it, free of charge. There's no way it should be leaking if it's less than a year old, unless you've crashed it and damaged it or something.

agreed an 07 shouldnt be s leaking fuel as it is very dangerous (naturally).
You would think the fuel line is where they wouldnt try and save a buck on cheap shit hose.

Hell I've had a few XR's that have seen many bits of gorse "attack" the fuel line never had a problem other than a few scuff marks.

Well the supplier has been great. Given me lots of help today and also given name of company I should take it to and no charge to me. So hopefully by the middle of the week I can be on the road again.
