Yes, but site policy does allow use of strong language. It's when it becomes excessive and inappropriate, presumably, that the above infraction gets handed out.

Guys, this is a serious post. My dog feels totally discriminated against. He wants to know why cats can wander freely without registration, collars and leads. It's no wonder dogs want to kill cats. I'm reminded of my antics at a place I often go during the summer. Its on a remote beach in the middle of nowhere and the place is littered with signs.. don't do this, don't do that, do even think about it. It's hideous. The one I object to is NO DOGS so that nice aluminum sign came off. Next year, the same again. Last year they were cheap plastic ones which were not very challenging to rip off at all.
