gijoe1313 and EJ hit the happy hunting trail!

Well, was a lovely day - was msning EJ around 8.30ish and we hooked up a ride together! Out to see the lovely lighthouse at Awhiti and pootle around a bit.

BP Takanini and away we go! Shuftied past Drury via the back route (ooer! ) of Papakura and zipped into Waiuku. Lovely roads, nice weather and cages somehow weren't being so retarded (amazing! )

Stopped off at Big bay to marvel at the scenery and sky tower being teensy tiny. Filled up at Mobil to ask for directions (okay, I have been down this way once, but it was when it was foggy and precipitated!)

Anyway took a wrong turn just before the lighthouse and practiced some gravel riding before heading up to the lighthouse. Nary a soul bar a young couple who decided to leave when two bikers turned up (wonder what they were doing! )

Kicked around the lighthouse a bit and then we pootled back to the moronway so we could make our merry way home!

Nice riding with you EJ, you give your scorpio heaps!

Pic 4 : Thar she blows!
Pic 5 : Arr! There be two minnows shoaling in the shallows!
Pic 6 : Mmm nice day, nice views

Pic 1 - 4 : Panoramic shot spoiled by the shaven shorn skull of an asian! Tch! Typical innit?

All in all, a luvverly day for a ride - was so breathtaking I didn't even scoff the Cadbury Flake bar I bought from the servo (found out that EJ's Scorpio only had an eight litre tank! )

Oh, alright, I didn't want to share it with EJ ...

It's not short enough - cut it properly!
They shall not grow old as we that are left grow old.
Age shall not weary them nor the years condemn.
At the going down of the sun and in the evening,
    we will remember them
