I was being snarkastic - but agree with you 150%.

In the Northern Territories, the local government automatically takes 33.3 % of any moneys given by the Federal gvmt for aboriginal health and welfare. This is for "administration" costs. But they don't do any administering. So it ain't just the third world gummints that are corrupt . . .

Anyone seen the movie?

Watched it yesterday (yeah I know been out a while) and I got to say... what a crap movie.

Very corny. Seriously corny. More corn than a corn field. I mean really, what where they thinking? heck there was even corn in my crap this morning after watching that.
