Yes, Good to see you posting again. Colin told me of your incident and your parents reaction. Glad you'll be OK and hope to catch up while you're home....
Jeez JSG...bet you turned white there for a moment aye?...![]()
well like most others have echoed glad your the one telling us about it ...
bikes can be replaced ppl can't .. other interesting point alot of crashes happen when your cruising along esp after a bit of a thrash.. is that cause your more relaxed ?? going slower so think your ok ??.. hmm something to ponder maybe ..
Have toKarma ... Justice catches up eventually !!
Why am I not surprised to read this news...
Glad you're still in the land of the living but please dont get another bike....the people you ride with next time might not be so lucky.
I like your style. Sounds like you've been doing some thinking about what happened, as we all should. All the best for your second crack at life mate. Make the most of it eh!
JSG I am really glad to hear you are a fighter.I have myself am guilty of some higher speeds not on the track and neally chucked in the towel altogether
after I had a nice bin.Part of the learn aye matey.
That nerve damage should come right in time.Anyway we can all be guilty of a crooked smile from time to time
Heal well.
I was off away from other road users and pedestrians at all such times bud. If you ever get to ride around the New South Wales country side you will be lucky to see a vehicle once every 5 mins and there are no pedestrians in the country.
I have been cleared of speeding by the police and eyewitnesses and not charged under any offenses. The police attended the crash scene. They believe I crashed by hitting a brick on the road that was unavoidable given the line of sight and tightness of the corner.
I pick my times and places to speed and don't drink alchohol, tea/coffee or smoke, so am never under the influence of anything, I never ride tired or with a mixed up mind either. The bike is used as a weekend toy only and never to commute on.
I'm not claiming to be a saint either, there is much I've learned from this, especially about the quality of one's life.
Glad to hear you're still with us and have a pretty good out look considering, well done!![]()
