Thanks for clearing that up. I take your word for all of this information, just as I take the word of Dave, just as honestly, when he claimed he had been infracted.

If it was started outside of R&R, so be it.

I understand about the "starting in the wrong forum" bit and am aware of the rules - this is always thought of prior to a thread posting.

Just after a bit of openness, especially with someone with such a high standing in the biking world as Dave. Guess he was having a bad day.

The site rules are such that for a first offence a warning is given, and the thread is moved. Sometimes a PM is also sent to advise people that they have posted in the wrong place.

Nothing wrong with the thread at all. It was just in the wrong place. And all the site rules and procedures were followed.

If Dave chooses to throw his toys out of the cot for being treated like EVERY other member of KB, then so be it.

I've received warnings for posting in the wrong place.

As I am sure many of you have too. If people choose to call them infractions then so be it. They aren't.

Time to chill guys. No-ones having a go at anyone here.

Don't believe me? Start a non-bike thread in General Bike Ravings yourself. It'll get thrown in Rant and Rave. And you'll get a warning note on your profile. Infraction points - 0. Fill it full of drivel, it will end up in Pointless Drivel. But you won't get infraction points unless you destroy a thread by deliberately taking it off-topic, or being abusive to other site members.

I suggest you go and read the site rules again swoop.

You should stand for Labour in the coming elections. Better still start up THE PERFECT PARTY. So someone posts in the wrong forum and theres a warning note in the post. POWER CORRUPTS.........TO MUCH POWER CORRUPTS ABSOLUTLEY.

I got a yellow card warning for posting in the wrong forum.

I won't accept ANY censure for posting a good natured thread - in the right place on the forum.
I asked for it's removal and was declined.

No toys thrown. Just walked away. Still pass by occasionally.

If you want to keep up I'm over at my site.
Installing a forum thing there for friends shortly.
