To the rider I flipped the bird to today

...going over the tairua hill. It was meant for your mate in front of you on the blue bike. The one riding like a twat that I met mid corner on my side of the road. I assume the dealer plates mean that he was riding a demo bike, if so tell him to do us all a favour and buy something more suited to his skill level, or take that shit to the track. I don't care if you're a noob or rossi, if you’re going to push the limits of your competency on the road at least do it when there’s not continuous traffic coming the other way.

not sure how possible this is, but would you be able to ring around any bike shops that had bikes matching that description out on demo? chances are they could have a word to the rider about it.

the really happy person is one who can enjoy the scenery when on a detour.

Having a word would do little i would imagine, unfortunately were bikes are concerned exuberance is only tempered by experiences..sometimes bad.

Pity the idiot probably never even saw your salute as he probably doesn't check his mirrors. I'm all for exuberance and fun on the road but if you can't stay on the right side of the road even once you are outriding your ability and putting others ( me!) at risk. Lets hope he learns his ( or her) lesson before hurting someone else.
A man gazing on the stars is proverbially at the mercy of the puddles in the road.
