You sound like you are not hurt, so that is good news, remember a helmet is only good for one spill so yours needs replacing now.
    Take care

wonder if you got a patch of diesel? That's slippery stuff that can wash a bike out real easy - bad luck I'd say more than anything.

    Glad you're okay!

At least you didn't fall off for being a pratt or anything like me on Friday. Me an EJKDDORAI were playing on some grass when I hit a damp patch, did the biggest drift ever and ended up doing almost a 180 before falling off the back. Only thing damaged was the 2 brake levers which I bent straight later.
Good to hear your ok with minimal damage to the bike. Was the helmet very damaged? I know it won't be any good now, just curious as to how it faired after having a bike land on top of it.

Glad to hear you are ok and yes, falling off happens to most of us sometimes. Probably was a bit of diesel, or maybe just the road markings. I tipped off many years ago while braking as I went over the road marking. As you ride more you will find that you start to feel the way the bike is on the road and without even realizing it will make small compensations so you don't tip over. Best of luck with your riding.

good to see both you and bike are ok. Get a new helmet now. And hope you learnt something from this. As mentioned both the riding and the making of mistakes makes us all learn. Just do not make a BIG mistake!

Now get out on that bike again!

bad luck, get a new helmet, quite often they look all good from the outside, but if you were to cut it open it'd be munted inside.
