A "gentleman's agreement" is still a contract.

You have documented that "gentleman's agreement" here on KB a long time ago. You will be able to show losses by the list of people you had coming, that have now had to pull out by the enforced change of date.

Without being nasty about it, one would think you would be in a good position for some compensation should you incur loss.

For the record they are changing turn 14/15 so its a better transition to the start /finish straight
