Happy birthday to my Grandma (103)

My grandma was born on 4 October 1904. That makes her 103 today.

She's having a quiet afternoon tea with friends and family at the nursing home where she lives in Whakatane. She gets very tired these days but still has all her marbles, her positive outlook and her cheeky sense of humour.

    HAPPY BIRTHDAY GRANDMA!

Thats awesome - sounds like shes living well at 103 if she can enjoy afternoon tea with friends. Whats her secret?

Thanks for the wishes and (gentle) hugs everyone... they will be passed on (although I might keep some of the hugs for myself as commission lol)

She has six daughters and thirteen grand-daughters and she is definitely the matriarch. Some think we're a family of witches but that may just be a rumour. On the other hand, maybe she's found the elixir of life

What a milestone. Imagine what she must have seen over 103 years.
    Have a good one, Grandma.
