I'm all for people improving their lots but maybe if the union members has a few more clues they'd work out they are free to look for other jobs any time at all.... even *gasp* while they have a job so there's $$$ security there for them.
Them wanting an extra $2.00/hour (or whatever the hell it is) is costing them money (on strike=no pay...) is costing me money (commissioned sales) and is costing the country money (I'm an exporter). So when I ring the cops (just down the road) and ask them to make these losses go away... what do I ask for?
Strike by all means - just do it fucken quietly.
Far more entertaining to call the council noise control office and the press...
Go soothingly on the grease mud, as there lurks the skid demon
