    Bit of an update

Well after the last rounds little off track excursion, resulting in some VERY smashed bits and pieces, WBP Racing have been very busy repairing and replacing parts on the K7 Weapon.

After Ray Clee fitted the Yoshi and gave it a quick dyno tune, the bike now has enough power to mix with the slightly quicker Kawasakis in a straight line. Continued suspension development from Robert Taylor and Kerry means we're making huge gains in the grip and stability department each time the bike takes to the track.

The awesome crew at Bikestore managed to get me some replacement racing clipons and instrument bracket/fairing mount in record time and at a great price too. Coupled with the rearsets they provided the bike's now got a bit of serious bling on it and is starting to truly look like a race bike.

Once the fairings arrive from Autocycle Refinishers, it'll be off to Cannon Signage Concepts for a third set of sign writing. Jamie from South City Autopainters repainted the tank yesterday so this baby's gonna be nminter than a mint thing for next weekend.

Huge thanks to everybody that's gone the extra mile once again to ensure we're out there and doin' it again in a weeks time.

    Excellent news Jimmy.

    Go hard.
And I to my motorcycle parked like the soul of the junkyard. Restored, a bicycle fleshed with power, and tore off. Up Highway 106 continually drunk on the wind in my mouth. Wringing the handlebar for speed, wild to be wreckage forever.

Yeah I was a bit disturbed having to do a full body search of you before you left to make sure nothing had been misappropriated.

Sounds like quite a few people are putting in lots of time to get the k7 ready. Now all you have to do is not break the fucking thing Jimmy!!

Good work on getting the bike all pristine again. Seems you will have a bit more competition Rnd5 with another Gixxer and some young fellow on a Yamaha entered as well.

Should be a great weekend with decent length races.

Yeah thanks Garry. I'm under no illusions as to how tough each of these guys are going to be to beat but I've enjoyed the challenge thus far of more competitive and experienced racers forcing me to lift my game throughout the winter.

To be honest, untill the motor is sorted I'm not too fussed about the Sherrifs and Smiths, my main goal is to keep the bloody thing outta the mud and with a little luck, claw back some points on Neil, who's riding super consistantly and reaping the benefits. Getting an opportunity to race against Sam and Craig is a massive bonus as it'll show me where I REALLY need to work for the nationals.
