    How did he walk away from this?

    he doesnt even hit the ground how did he manage to come away so lucky?

    The first part of that stunt is lifting your left leg free so you don't get it crushed.
    He may be walking around afterwards - doesn't mean he's ok though. He can quite easily have sustained some trauma from the impact with the car.
    The car isn't going that fast either - the shock effect of not having a proper lead of the car makes it seem it's coming faster than it is.

    And yes - it's a youtube classic that one 4,283,714 views in 15 months!

    Edit: If you look at the windscreen after the crash you can see he managed to break it with his unhelmeted head - I think he might regret that later. Also his impact energy is turned into rotational energy and gets eaten away by gravity as his legs roll upwards and then downwards while he's lying on that car.
