Ive had a similar problem.. bloody fucken ex gf... USELESS I TELL YOU!!
Only help I got was her putting boxes the size of a fax machine on a wheel dolly.. as if that is good use of a dolly that could be carrying the fridge!
Ended up doing 99% of all the moving and a sore back for several days.
