    Good work Col!
    wot he said. times 2.
And I to my motorcycle parked like the soul of the junkyard. Restored, a bicycle fleshed with power, and tore off. Up Highway 106 continually drunk on the wind in my mouth. Wringing the handlebar for speed, wild to be wreckage forever.

I have had a huge year both personally and professionally. Those that know the story need no explanation however to the ones that don't we won't talk personal issues but will say that they were taxing. I hope to have turned the corner now... things are looking pretty bright for 2009. On the professional front I have had a pretty interesting year. The building is currently at level 6 floor, and level 10 shear core. We've poured in excess of 6500 cubic metres of concrete and placed 450 tonne of steel. My role has developed throughout the year after a few initial teething problems - DON'T post commercially sensitive videos to Youtube!!

I studied at Weltec as a full time student being allowed 8 hours work time per week to attend daytime classes as well as attending evening classes at the same time working full time! I passed 15 papers and am now the proud holder of a Diploma of Construction Technology. To some that know the qualification it may not seem like much but to me having actually studied for something for the first time in my life, it's a huge achievement - I actually focussed on something for more than 5 seconds!! I'm looking for a new job now because I'm underutilised in the role I have. I enjoy it but I'm spend a lot of time not doing much other than answering the phone... 2009 promises to be a good year...
Congrats Bro, I'm gearing up for my second year of Dip Construction Management and as much fun as it is with a full-time job, I'd rather be looking back on it, than forward to it.

Yeah it's funny looking back at this year and wondering just how I managed it! I'll probably do Level 6 over a couple of years as it looks a little more intense and there'll be no RPL (CAD) to help me...
They shall not grow old as we that are left grow old.
Age shall not weary them nor the years condemn.
At the going down of the sun and in the evening,
    we will remember them
