Cannot you do a cost analysis on a cost centre, yield report or something useful for someone, generate your own work and appear to be knowledgeable and brilliant.

Well in that case, I wouldn't worry. I feel a change in your employment is on the horizon...

No, I was being serious. 10+ finance companies are now dead in the water. There will be a $6 billion liquidity problem in the Dec quarter. Nasty stuff.

I don't for a finance company I'm currently employed as Accounts Payable but my abilities and experience are above that. Probably why I'm bored. My boss is not willing to give me anything challenging to do due to my lack of qualifications even though I was working as an Assistant Accountant in Wellington...and yes I have had this discussion with him to no avail. I study parttime through Open Polytechnic however I'm not in a financial position to be able to pay for the next semester.

The you shouldn't have a problem getting a job. Good AP Managers and Accountants are in short supply. What city do you want to work in?

I have already done that since April I was hired partly for doing that. I can;t think of anything else to make the processes run anymore smoothly and not only that the job apparently was a 2 person job and due to changing quite a few processes is now a 1 person job.

I'm looking at Auckland, as I have lived in Wellington and is not an option for me to go back.
