    I quite like that idea, pity it will never happen.

    It is probably going to take twice as long and cost three times as much as it should to fix the existing one, why not build a new one and get smart about the bloody thing.

    I'm going to lay some side bets that it goes when the body of the Auckland Marathon goes over the bridge.

    All those people yomping up and down in unison...it cannae handle it Cap'n!

    P.S. If we're REALLY lucky, it'll fail during the next Treaty march/hui/whatever the hell they call it.
