I dont think the valve leds are that good but I can say that i have had response from the cops with the blue neons under mine and the blue led park light.....although not entirely legal i actually got the thumbs up from a few cops that pulled up next to me at lights on more than one occasion......I think the extra eye catch awareness factor works well........and hey its great for lane splitting....I have to pass the police depot every day going to work and never had a drama.....I know on cars they have had alot of problems but i think the boys in blue turn a blind eye to the bike because it seems to make me more visable to motorist.......what ever works i spose....

i had it happen to me once... i don't wear them any more. the rubber seal had somehow twisted inside it and pushed the valve open
