So do you have some ground breaking evidence that the police missed. Cause as far as the courts saw it there was no terrorism going on and no plan to carry out either.
They had to release the majority of those 'captured' and in the end had to resort to legal trickery with terms like 'part of an organised criminal group) which funnily enough never seems to get used against the gangs
We will never have terrorism from the Maoris in New Zealand, the small amount of money we give them in settlements and various grants/subsidies (which is way cheaper than having to fight a counter insurgency battle) keeps the minority that are disaffected happy enough to not do anything stupid.
Even the likes of Ken Mair daren't risk swapping the comforts of a warm bed for living in the forest and raging hit and run battle.
And look at the middle east, people with a history of warfare, despie getting bombed into the stoneage very few have fought back or attacked western installations with any real success.
