So was it rape or just a convenient excuse for doing the boarder?

It may be legitimate rape, but I suspect that it could also be cover-up for an affair which will have massive implications obviously for the chap arrested.

Interesting to see what everyones initial impression is on the article.

My initial impression was absolutely that the poor boarder is getting figuratively shafted after giving the landlord's missus a more literal seeing to on request!

I'm sure it wouldn't be the first time it's happened in history, either.

Surely hubby doesn't really think it's rape, but it's a great way of getting back at the dude that's doing your woman, wouldn't you say? I'm sure that the tart in question will be quietly sent packing once the relevant court case is over and done with.

A Malaysian woman who mistakenly had sex with a houseguest, believing him to be her husband, has complained to police that she was raped, a newspaper reported.

With her husband away at work, the 40-year-old housewife in Malaysia's northeastern state of Terengganu went to bed early on Friday morning, after hectic preparations for celebrations the next day to end the Muslim fasting month of Ramadan.

About an hour later, she felt a man next to her and proceeded to make love to him, although she did not see his face, the New Straits Times newspaper said.

When the woman's 34-year-old husband walked into the room a short while afterwards, she was surprised to see him in his work clothes, and only realised her error when he questioned her about a man he had seen walking out of the room, the paper said.

Police have arrested the couple's friend, a 29-year-old labourer who has been staying with them for the past couple of months, and are investigating the case as a rape.

I agree with you... smells of something fishy and I am not talking about the contents of Baldrick's apple crumble. But hey, I have been wrong before.

I wonder what punishment the guy will get if found guilty.

Don't they either chop things off or go for very long prison sentences in Malaysia?

If they don't believe her she'll get stoned to death. If they do believe her it will still be here fault and the man will walk free.

Under Sharia law it takes two females to equal the word of one male.

Or saving his own face; much better to see the police bang the other guy up than admit in public that your wife was banging him.

Hard to say......they all look the same to me when walking around in daylight so i guess she can be forgiven for shagging one when lights out etc..

I don't buy it for a moment! I know that even in pitch blackness I'd know it wasn't my missus I was making love to! Some people must be either really, really gullible or think others are!
