Blowin up bikes since ages ago

I have to move out of my flat as my flatties wife is returning home from overseas so I urgently need a 1 bedrrom flat or bedsit ASAP!
What I need:
Somewhere off the street to park the bike
Walking distance (30 mins max) to town
Max rent $150/$160
Must be able to have a cat!
If you know anyone or have a place with the above can you let me know ASAP! My cell is 027 668 7628
Also if anyone has a base for a queen size bed base going cheap.....

You don't want to come out and live in the 'burbs with us eh! Walking distance about 2 days to Welly town. Plenty of spare beds though.
