No. no more photos. The rain didn't help otherwise I would have stopped and took photos along the way. Pray for good weather next time and I might make it a photo tour, I did carry the camera but it does take a lot of foucs away from the concentration needed as a rider for the event.

Same here. I took a few before, one during and had a couple taken when I got back. Posted them in my album on the site.

Must say though Zapf, that row of 'Trucks' looks very impressive. just a pity the Pan European isn't on the end. (Nicer badge)

Set up a camera to take pics every say 30 secs or so would be a crazy idea

thats a good idea. get a handle bar mount for the cam... only issue would be water proofing.

Yes as an after thought, wished I have also lined up the Bird's (there where 4 that I know of 2 x blue and 2 x black) a few ZX14's, a fair few BMW R's

With the camera idea, need to find one that can be set to take photo every 30sec's. Can't be an SLR (vibration will stuff the mirror). And might even need to be wired in for power. Reasonable resolution, and need to waterproof it. A time laps photo of the Grand Challange, now that is an idea.

Yea pic of the sky was good. Moody.... I wished I could have done the same for when I left Dargavill and see the front moving in with the advancing pattens of the rain belt. Wasn't able to do so as the heavens where pouring down...

Nice photos. It's reassuring to know that some people who take a camera along remember to take it out and use it...
