Flatemate Wanted

3 bedroom house with 1 bathroom.

Large house down a private ROW, large concrete courtyard with locked gates. Double garage plus carport. Decking at front of house as well as a large sunny conservatory at the rear of the house overlooking the garden. There is a spa pool in the conservatory, however I cant get it working. Wireless internet network throughout whole property inside/out as well as wired options.

Large Lounge, dining room and two kitchens. Gas cooking, dishwasher and washing machine.

House is fully furnished, apart from the two available bedrooms.

Very secure property, alarmed as well as locked gates and security camera on the courtyard. House on the left in the picture - house on right of picture currently has a prof couple and are very quiet.

Secure, private and large house.

Rent is $120 per room plus utilities (power, phone, internet).

Now there is also a double garage... but im currently restoring a car in it. Can be used for parking bikes but not really space enough for a car.

Ah the capitalist system in all its working glory looks to me like Disco's getting his flatmates to pay his rent for him there eh jr

It is actually $360 per week for the entire place. It's a very big 3 bedroom house, with a big conservatory out the back. Huge double garage which I am using for storage. Carport, spa, deck out the front etc etc. Even has TWO kitchens!

Its big.

Alarm system plus security cameras.

Mm, yes, the invisible hand of Adam Smith will determine whether his bait is snapped at.

Personally, I wouldn't pay that much for a room in that area, particularly not with utilities on top.

Then get two flatmates in, not one.

I'd say $150/week including utilities would be more realistic.

Cheers for the feedback folks, I changed the ad $120 per room with two rooms available.

That would be a little more attractive.

As long as I get the $360 each week i'll be happy not too fussed if there is 1 or 2 rooms rented out. Just would have been nice to have the spare room for my music.

Why dont you devide the rooms in half and get five flatmates and charge $60 per week then it would be even more attractive Dan
