Well, I'm having trouble with my bike.

If you dont want to look at it, it basically says to remove the plate just inside the pipe, cut off the little barrel tube inside, drill the plate opening wider (removing the little overhang on the pipe) and weld on a new overhang pipe then rivet back on.

Only difference is I didn't open up the end and put a wider pipe in, I left the standard one already on there so it wont be breathing as much as using the 1 1/2" welded on bit. From most remarks on their forums, this would cause no real problems in terms of the engine starting.

However, the bike wont start at all now. Can get it to maybe fire a single piston once but it wont take. Have tried the choke, tried giving some throttle, and have fiddled with the idle rev knob. No luck. I've drained two bike batteries fiddling around trying to get it started.
