    No, not the shits!
Just laid off of the booze and a few days under the weather without excessive eating. I already get enough exercise each day.
Just weighed myself after a few days and got a very pleasant surprise!

Not quite back to my younger days, resembling a biafran racing snake... but getting closer!

Mate, you've got a long way to go.

In my younger days, I weighed 56Kg and could bench-press 85Kg (South Island Powerlifting champ for a couple of years).

    Now, I weigh 85Kg, and doubt if I could bench-press 56Kg...

Try having people bitch and moan at you for being to skinny.. Constantly giving you shit and telling you to eat....

Well in 10 months I've put on 8kg.. Its all gone to my arse.. Now I'm copping "look out wide load" comments.. You just can't win!
