All I will say is, I was taken off my parents at 2 months odd and went through the social walfare system till I joined the navy at the age of 17. And many of foster families I went through were just after the extra money from the government... and didn't care for the kids in there care

When i was a kid it was just called a f*cking good hiding - I got quite a few of those but probably deserved more. These days it would be called monstrous physical abuse. So how do I answer the poll?
