'Must spread yourself around more before giving rep'
Nice! Thanks for the video!.
Bloody awesome

Getting a lot of attention of course I'm gunna love it but that was well captured and edited. Big ups to you, and the missus (you good but your not good enough to ride and take video!)
The stationary camera shots were really cool something a little different and maybe even a bit arthouse (shit did I actually just type that?).
You were quids in to get some crash action with the YZ boys, the angle from down low like showed that crash really well.
Like Skunk said.........

BOYA KASHA!
That would make Doug my missus...he was doing the videography while I was riding.
You mean Bauhaus right?
Here are all of the photos that Catherine and I took...let me know if you want a full res version of any of them.

If everyone that watches the vid rates it 5 stars and comments on it...it'll get onto the honours list and more people will see it.
Rate and comment away cowboys.

Technical gremlins continue to plague my race efforts!!
The bike seemed to be going the best it had to date during the morning practice sessions but of the last couple of practice laps before the first race it stopped developing power. In the the pits (carpark) and it stalled...bump started it again ran for a bit then stalled, this time it wouldn't start.
Thinking the worst, I dropped the motor down in the frame and took the head off...the piston looked ok, there was spark and there was at least fuel filling the float bowl.
Timing was suggested as a possible cause, so after finding a crude reflective device AJ did what he could to check it, that task would have been easier if we'd thought of using LBTW's broken mirror earlier.
Anyway, for a brief moment, I though it was going to get it to run again literally two minutes before the second race...but no, I was wrong.
Aside from that...I had a wicked day. Thanks to Skunk & Sully for letting me take your bikes out.
Skunk, you've got a rocket there...it's just a little soft in the suspension for my liking.
Sully...lead sled is WICKED. I loved every minute on that thing (except when I changed gear the wrong way and I knew you saw me)
All in all...a fantastic day, I'm starting to get use to the bucket breaking down and it all adds to the challenge, can't wait for the next meet where yet again my goal will be to finish a race.

hey john.... when you were going you were going FAST... and looked good.. shame you didn't get to ride Christine... next time eh?..
but hang in there.... !!!.. will be great to see you try and over take me and skunk at the back....
what a ride so far!!!!
+1
You looked pretty good all day, did I spot you taking a few places (of other NWM member who you just identified in the above post) on your youtube vid? (which all you people out there in KB land better get on there and rate it 5 stars http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IV4RFBos4l4 )
Glad you enjoyed the 'sled though you might enjoy it more when it doesn't do scooter impressions! The clutch isso no backing in antics or descent starts untill thats fixed.
Hey I'm downloading the vid - it will take while on dial up, but one thing I noticed straight away is Sully turning the bars into the corner, rather than counter steering. Smaller bikes and tracks need a slightly different style eh - bloody hard work that's for sure.

That would primarily to do with the chassis dynamics of this particular motorcycle, all motorcycles (except speedway bikes) do this to some extent. Fi5hy's bike is the same until you get to the swingarm and rear wheel and I don't think his does its a obviously as mine.
Ledsled is setup tall at the back and runs a smaller diameter wheel and narrower tyre.
It tucks in a little after you've done your counter steering and thats when it starts to really turn, probably not what the experts would consider correct but it works for me!
You were pretty shagged(because of Christine) by the time you rode the ledsled so you probably weren't analysing what was going on to closely.
Your right though different style of riding compared to the big track stuff, as they say.....
No rest for the Wicked!
