Have ya tried a KTM dealer?

I've got the manual for my '03 640 Enduro (also covers the 640 SM) so if ya just need some specific info that might be the same on the 640 let me know & I'll scan the page for ya.

    Cheers

The reason i'm trying to hunt one out is to see if you can calibrate the speedo as mine is reading about 25km/h too fast. your bike probably has the same speedo,

digital with 3 buttons on the left

    Here you go...

    http://www.haynes.co.uk/webapp/wcs/s...4257&langId=-1

Or just go to www.haynes.co.uk, and find it yerself...

I've bought a number of manuals from them over the past few years - usually take <2 weeks to arrive from the UK! Good service from the company, and some of the best manuals available.

I think they're different unfortunately, mine is the bigger one with 2 buttons on the left. I'd guess that it's got the wrong wheel size set in it, on mine you hold the buttons down while switching on the bike to reset the wheel size IIRC.
