I hope to be there. My rear paddock stand arrived today(cheers for the link Banditrider) so I'm currently cleaning, lubing and tightning the chain in prep for for South Island trip.

Dam these thing make the job so easy, hate being without a centre stand.

Sorry to hear about the head, the start of the ride was mint and a good turnout :

Nice to meet Easirider on his first Friday night and to convince Leonie to get logged on here and to come over Gentle Annie next weekend.

I piked at the junction at mangamutu (I think). Off to drink tea with Mrs Yod

I will be there next time and will try to at least make it to the first refreshment stand

Good turn out tonight, must have over 20 riders. Still cautious commng down the track and the sun setting as we come to the pub near the end of the ride sure was blinding, trying to ride with one hand and shield my eyes with the other.

Trip back through the gourge was awsome with no traffic to get stuck behind so blazed through it.

Right now I'm sure Cowboyz, Bonz and the rest are proberly lost right now on their alternative route home

Nah didn't get lost at all because they let the Honda lead (no gps required )). . Horse, Banditider and I went over the Saddle Rd just to finish up what was a real good evenings riding. Ended up at Lances and Bobbies for a coffee. Just got home. Well past my bed time.

Really enjoyed your little loop Bonez. Great time of the night to be riding then too. And the saddle was great - quite enjoyed it in the dark although I think I may need to adjust my headlight down a bit.
