I'm just glad my new rear tyre didn't cause me any problems with all the new shine it had. Tyre was sliding slighty on the trip to Ashurst so happy it didn't give me any grief and now its roughing up nicely.

Should've leaved my screen on the bike instead of taking it off as I forgot what the wind was like.

After our chat last night I managed to track down a service manual for the SX-4/Scorpio in pdf format that can be burnt to CD. Downloading a parts manual now touch wood.

Hey, had a great first ride with you guys last night. Loved the Ballance -> Eketahuna section. It certainly makes a big difference riding with other bikers (bloody fast compared with just tootling along SH1). I can see that I need to get out and do a bit more practise. And tighten my chain.

Unfortunately I'm on course in Waiouru now until the start of April, but I'll come out again once I'm back.

No Screaming .. just lots of moving about while he was waving to Mo & checking out the scenery ..

Carmen just came up with a great solution to the moving about and wanting to wave to all & sundry ... sit on the bike backwards .... now that sounds like a plan .. you might have to spread your legs a bit more futher apart though Al

started off slow more out of curtesy to the ribs but was not long til we got into a groove

My jacket held everything in place and for the first time in nearly two weeks - no pain! The warm wind on my hand felt soooo healing and even now feels like progress has been made.

Big boost emotionally too, as the confidence took a spill along with the bike.

Good to meet Mr and Mrs Hitcher too. Love the Shiver
    Real good nite
yeah my confidence grew negoitating that damn gravel .. with a pillion no less not once but twice

.. mind you I think you enjoyed being dressed by two woman as well .. really glad you enjoyed the ride babe and your welcome .. the smile and buzzing was contagious

Certainly great to catch up with the Hitchers that was a great surprise & esp to see the sexy shiver next to the stunning bandit of course ..

Brilliant nite for a ride .. quite strong winds last nite heading home though ..

but riding back up today in wind & rain was quite sedate .. BB now waiting for her "service" before the "big trip"

LOL well got into town, at Main/Ruahine St lights, CJ and I are side by side, and we have this car of young hoons beside us, wanting us to drag each other and them.
So lets us say, we showed them how it was done!!!

The Pie was mint! Not racing pie though. Sorry 'bout the mix up but considering I live in Dannevirke I thought it safe to assume that that is where we would be parting company anyway, 3rd stuff up for the night.
    1. Not bringing my clear visor.
    2. Not listening to directions during the briefing.
    3. Not making it clear that I would be parting company in Pahiatua.
When you tooted you're horn at the BP in Pahiatua I thought sweet, see ya later then...
Did'nt mean to make y'all sit 'round waiting for me.
Thanks to CJ for coming back to check up on me just incase.

Nup, the pie was beef/bacon/cheese. But it tasted mint!
