Gotta love the work to rule speak.When I worked for MAF the clowns at Northland Testing Station(when run by govt the stations)decided to work to rule,the higher salaries commission commented in the following months report that throughput was up,as was takings and people saying very quick service with no delays.They forgot work to rule meant 10 mins smokos,30-60 mins lunch as per regulations.Not 15mins or more smokos,45-75mins lunch as per normal back in 1985.I'm on my contractually enforced 'break'.
