Nice idea and good pics,seems the weather held out as looked overcast.

Which is the way you go to get to the lookout to windfarm,been to the one in Ashurst domain?.Like to get up where you took pics from ,is it car friendly,if so will try and get there next saturday,keen to take a few pics of area from the hills.

you take the saddle road (between Ashhurst & Woodville) .. its near the top & well signposted

Choice comment,Janine went there once,I haven't.She was dragged along by her cousin after he had finished racing at NZ teams champs a few years ago,he and another couple of guys said lets try this nightclub,the girls were impressed he could read the signs lol.Funny thing is she won't take me,says I'd be corrupted,AS IF.

Thanks ,thought it was maybe saddle road but wasn't 100%,might stop in at the bridge cafe afterwards,as well as tui shop.Gotta use my tui amber card,membership has it's perks lol.
