Major bummer! Really glad to hear they are not suffering and broken bones though and are reasonably ok otherwise.
    Bikes can be replaced.

Oh fuck! Sorry to hear that Meanie. Please give Barry & Phoebe my best and I hope they're ok. Out of hospital is a good sign anyway.

Bummer !!!! Give em my best when ya see em Meanie !
A girlfriend once asked " Why is it you seem to prefer to race, than spend time with me ?"
The answer was simple ! "I'll prolly get bored with racing too, once i've nailed it !"

    Bowls can wait !

1k from home. Whats that statistic thats says most accidents happen within 1k of where you live?

Really rotten luck Barry. Looks like the joking about bringing the CB250 on the ride might come true for next week.

Hope your bikes not to bad and your back on it real soon.

Barry and Phoebe are both fine, just a few scratches, no broken bonez
Bikes not too bad, right side fairing scratched up with a few cracks, repairable, broken gear lever and a hole in the side cover on the motor, the cover is only for looks so the bike is still rideable
He lost the front wheel in some pea metal on a right handed corner, woulndt have seen it in the dark. Looks like the gear took most of the punishment so he'll be shopping for new riding suit and helmets
Cowboyz Gary and I went out to check on them this afternoon, pleased we did, put our minds at rest

Great to hear they're OK. There seems to be an awful lot more loose metal on the roads these days than in the past.

Just a little bit more sunlight every Friday.

You forgot Al who showed up 20mins late. This time he had a reasonable reason though. (had to finish the Latte he was drinking at Shannon?)

Theres alot of bands of loose stuff on the Pohongina Valley road. Hard enough to see during the day let alone at night.

Must admit Triumphs seem to crash quite well but the parts are so expensive they would have to.
