    nokia 3220... dead...

I put it to charge last night, (leaving it on as always) then I woke up this morning, and it was switched off.. I was like wtf mate... and when I tried to switch it on, it wouldnt come back on...

It'd done this before, but always come back on after a little fidle with the battery or whatever... but now it's not comming back on at all...

if you guys have had similar problems, any advice?

Since we appear to be all out of magic pixie dust to scatter over broken electronics, perhaps you could take it to a Vodafone (or Telecom, as appropriate) shop and see if it's still under warranty.

    Go to the Nokia website......

There is a list of Nokia batteries being replaced for FREE as some were faulty.

You just maybe lucky and get a new battery.

lol, it still costs about 200 and something on the market now... hence throwing it in the bin isnt a good idea.. yet I cant really get anything for it if it's not going to work anyway... bugger...

off to get a cheap NON-nokia phone now... (all my nokias have had something go wrong... damn it!)

Give it a try...... some phones are old but use the same battery...

My Nokia 2100 battery wasnt on the list..... but all other numbers around it were. And my phone is now classed as old.

There is a long list of batteries being replaced for FREE

It is worth a shot aint it to just try....

yeah, I checked it out, I couldnt find it actually..

my father goes "get a new f***ing battery for it then!" ...

I'm not even sure it IS the battery... I have to take it to parallel arseholes now... and I know they never fix anything if it's not still under waranty, unless you pay about 2x what the thing cost in the first place... (eg, my bro's digi cam)
