    Frozen hands

    Hi all,

I have an aunt who rides but is not on KB. (Bandit 600S)
Her problem is that she has poor circulation in her hands.
Even on a warmish day her hands feel like death with thick winter riding gloves and heated grips on.

I think I have see gloves that have heating elements incorporated and are plugged into an acessory outlet on the bike.
Has any one tried such items?
    Any other suggestions?

    Carl.

There's a review on KB somewhere - search for it.
Don't bother - here it is:

Hmm has she had her hands checked up?

It could be a medical problem eh, just as a precaution, don't wanna make it worse.

Maybe she's just too damm old?

Just a quick thought - she may find if she's holding the bars too tight that it interferes with blood circulation to her fingers. Make sure she's not using the NoobieGripOfDeath approach to the controls. It's an easy habit to get into, noobie or not.

True vifferman. I will check that out.
I have ridden her bike and there is quite a bit of vibration at the bars, that probably doesn't help.

That's very easily fixed, with either some heavier bar-end weights, or some extra weight added inside the bars (sand or lead shot), or both.
