Looks like a plan. Trip out to Rangoon wouldn't be so bad either.

Well if you travell south to milton, go through the Manuka gorge, to Roxburgh, the on into Alexandra, on throug the gorge to Cromwell and then over the Lindis to Lake Benmore then down to Kurow and then Duntroon... But of course this is one one way of getting there...

WOT?? this saturday... ya kidding aint ya? I thought it was in three weeks time. damn I am going to be pushed to get it sorted for this weekend. That means I got to get to the super and buy some big eats... a mighty big ask in it's self. Let alone washing the bike, packing, getting dressed, starting it and riding it...... oh the stress loading up stairs is huge right now!!!

    Now what were you saying?

Saturday: A nice sunny day and a perfect day for a trip to Duntroon (east of Oamaru) via the inland route. First stop was to pick up Ghost Bullet just out of the thriving metropolis of Rangioria

After much waiting our man was finally ready and we're off through Cust, Oxford and in no time at all the Waimakiriri is upon us. Damn! too many straights how do I go around corners? A few bends later the gorge is all over, oh well the Rakaia Gorge will be here soon. Sure enough The Rakaia is there minutes later, bugger a car, no way round, nooooooooo. There's a gap go, yes got some corners in before the end of the gorge (tis not very long and you have to make the most it out this way). The the long straights out Mayfield way and into Geraldine for the first pitstop.

Next stop was for fuel at Fairlie and man what a place to stop. After going to the shop to pay for the petrol in walks this bird wearing a completely see through black dress. G String, cheeks, everything was there for all to see What a sight!

Chins off the floor as we hit the road again and have a great run through to Tekapo were a last second decision was made for a lakeside photo shoot. See photos. I had thought of stopping just before Tekapo to take a few photos of the Lupin lined roads and the snow covered alps on the horizon, but really its all to much trouble.

    More to come...

Pic 1: Lake Tekapo (on the way down south)
Pic 2: Lake Tekapo again (on the way down south)
    Pic 3: Where's the rally?
    Pic 4: Found it!
