    Sinking the Canterbury

    Got home too late to see on the news and was too pissed to watch the 10.30 re-run!
    Pic1, There are still people on the back doing the ceremonial thing.
    Pic2, Boom!
    Pic3, Listing slightly to starboard before the stern drops and she slid under the water. Unfortunately I chose to take the dying moments as a video, waste of time.
    Pic4, Fullers made the most of it converting one of their ferries to a complete piss trip with marquees etc. Noice!

    After all the graft I put in on her...

    At least she appeared cleaner than Bacchante, when they sunk her in Wellington harbour... and will stay in one piece on the seabed!
