    Novice Track-Day, Taupo Nov 14th 2007

A track day for people who don't do track days, no race bikes.

Cruisers, classics and touring bikes welcome.

"If you are a ROAD RIDER looking to join in on the popular Track Days, and improve your riding skills, Taupo is the place to be on Saturday November 17th.
The HMCC course is designed for typical Road Riders who wish to advance thier skills without jumping in on a full-on Track Day, we are using our proven training course to give you the skills to have fun and confidence to take advantage of the many commercial track days being run in New Zealand
At the end of the day you will come away with considerably greater knowledge and practical experience that will prove invaluable on the track and even out on the road.
Coaching will be provided by a team of regular Road Riders with considerable experience.
Leading the team is Jon Van den Berg, a former production bike racer, who now enjoys riding his R1 in the manner it was designed for.
The small investment in this course could save your skin and thousands in crash damage in the future!"

Track is - Taupo Motorsport Park, "New Half"

We still have a few spots left, price is $100, or $80 for members of the Hamilton Motorcycle Club

Limited to 60 riders in three groups of 20

Website, dates on the webpage (11th) are wrong, that was last year - http://www.hamiltonmcc.org.nz/news.p...e44c5dc8790eac

What about broken bodied bike racers who spend their whole time organising track days for other people?
To see a life newly created. To watch it grow and prosper. Isn't that the greatest gift a human being can be given?

    2 spots left,

Frosty you'd be welcome to join in, unfortunately your organisational skills set the benchmark as far as track turnaround go, but I'm going to be in charge of that this year and I'm aiming to get close.
