    Stepping down from Mod Team

    Hi Guys/Girls

I have now stepped down from all Moderator duties on kb, I informed Spank/MT a couple months ago that i would be steeping down, come the end of year. MT though he give me an early xmas present, but doing it now.

I have been a Senior Mod for over 2 1/2 years, and its time i put some effert in to other things on my plate.

I have had an interested time with you people along the way, plenty of ups and downs along the way, Meet some interesting people, dealt with some interesting situations along the way. Did everything i could to best of my abilities to be fair to all members of this site as best as i could, made some mistakes but i'm only human.

So Thanks, and don't contact me for mod stuff, since i don't care any more hehehehe

and well to all the haters, you can go get fucked.

Although I haven't been a member for a long time, I consider Kiwibiker a great resource. So thanks for all your time you invested in it to make it what it is today.

You've done an awesome job from what I've seen Cajun, firm but fair and unbiased, what more could we want? Enjoy having a life and being able to have an opinion without someone calling "Mod abuse/bias/blahblahblah".

They seem to be starting again don't they.

I am actually glad to see you resign. What will likely happen, is the owners will do what they should have done to begin with, and stand up for their weak selves, instead permitting any and all antisocial behaviour, and then crippling the mods by curtailing their powers.

Though, I do think I'd rather you told the owners to do it their fucking selves if they didn't like your style. Many members DO like your style. What would they do? Sack you? You were going to leave anyway.

So now we will see if they will make a stand or whether they will permit KB to descend into chaos, instead of making both sides of it your problem.

Sometimes the only way to fix something is to drop it fully in the shit and see what it does.

So nice work mate. Take a break.

Thanks Cajun. it's a job i would'nt touch with a ten foot barge pole. far more fun watching mods get themselves in the shit then rub there nose in it. it'd be a thankless bugger of a job.

Actualy, what will happen has already been decided and your opinion won't matter even the tiniest little bit.

Im guessing that its a pretty thankless position - and that there is more negatives and work in it that most of us will ever know.

Regardless - it really is appreciated. Despite you giving me my last two 8 point infractions I think you did a awesome job.

Sad to see you standing down - but can see why - you did a decent tour of duty.

    Thanks again!

    I am sure.

I guess it did look like I gave a fuck, just for one second didn't it?

Did you understand what he was on about?
Zen wisdom: No matter what happens, somebody will find a way to take it too seriously. - obviously had KB in mind when he came up with that gem

Being a mod is a bit like being a rugby referee. Everyone else is an expert and you can never do right!

Thanks for giving up your time to support such a great site
