    Affordable carbon fibre

I have recently secured sole distribution in NZ of Carbon Fibre products from a very large international manufacturer. The parts are 3K twill carbon Fibre and manufactured using the vaccuum bagging process, not wet layering which ends up heavy and thick.

This means that I can supply luvly carbon fibre bits for most popular, modern sportsbikes at a fraction of the prices charged by most of the big names in Carbon.

The list includes front fenders, rear huggers, chain guards, heel plates, tank covers, tail-tidies, air ducts, fork protectors, some fairing parts, exhaust heat shields, cam belt covers, dash covers, dry clutch covers, seat cowls, belly pans etc.

    The bikes covered are:

    Ducati 748, 916, 996, 998, 999, Monster, 1098, MTS1000s, Multistrada, Hypermotard
    Yamaha R6, YZF600, R1, FZ1, FZ6, TZR250
    Honda CBR600RR, CBR1000, CBR1000RR, CBR600, CB600 Hornet, CBR900, VTR1000 SP1/2, CBR1100xx
    Suzuki GSXR600, 750, 1000, GSXF1200, GSF1200, GSF600, RF900, GSF650, GSF1250, GSR600, GSX1300R, SV650, SV1000
    Kawasaki ZX12R, ZZR1400, ZX14, ZX-6R, Z750, Z1000, ER-6, ER-6F, ZX-7R, ZX-7RR, ZX10R, ZX6R
    MV Agusta F4 750, 1000, Brutale, Brutale 910
    Aprilia RSV Mille,
    Triumph Daytona 675
    Buell XB9,12, S, R Firebolt
    KTM Duke 2
    Benelli Tornado

There are two types available, Street and Race.

Street is Carbon Fibre Composite, made from a combination of Kevlar, fibreglass and Carbon Fibre (Carbon on the top). This gives strength and makes the part sturdy and suitable for normal riding use. It is what most places stock as Carbon Fibre. It looks amazing and is strong and robust.

Race is made from pure Carbon Fibre 3K twill. It is exceptionally light and strong, but much more flexible and easy to crack. Great to reduce weight on a race bike.

Both types look the same, but there is a price premium on the race product.

An indication of price: About $165 for a front fender in Carbon Composite and about $200 in Race Carbon.

I am bringing in a shipment soon and would like it to have the right mix of parts for starters, so please let me know what you might want.

CBR97, There is currently just the front fender for the 00 to 05 ZX12 and it is $190. These are usually $165, so it must be a fairly complex part.
I will enquire about the other bits.

    Oarbreaka, GSXR600 K4
Chain guard $75 (I have one on Trademe at the moment if you want it)
    Front Fender $185
    Heel plates (both) $56
    Rear hugger $120

I can't seem to add attachments for the pics. I will keep trying.

Will you be getting NC30 parts in the future?

If that fails, how much is a VTR1000 SP1 Front fairing?

    Gidday Sparkz,
Good skills securing the deal - it's way overdue that this sort of thing was available in N.Z at realistic prices

Rear hugger (with a chain gaurd preferably)
    Tail tidy

    Cheers
