The average is 325(peak) x 0.636=206
RMS(unit used) is Peak x 0.707 = 230+ or - 5% from the supply.
Been yrs since I was tested on this, so other sparkies don't slaughter me if my numbers are not exact.

My ex was a Harley rider, and her explanation for the unfriendliness of Harley riders is that Harleys handle like a wheelbarrow full of dogshit and they're too bloody scared to let go of the bars! Now before you all rush to crucify me, THAT WAS A QUOTE, PEOPLE!

Seriously though, don't worry about it. Some people wave, some don't. It's nice when you get a wave in return for yours, but if you don't... well, don't let it ruin your day. I'll wave back at ya!
