The nicest folks to wave to are the young kids in the back seat. They seem to appreciate it - hopefully they will think about getting 2-wheels later in life.

Has anyone mentioned BEER in this thread yet?

I don't think it would be KB unless there was a wave thread every other week or so! I would miss the camaraderie of it all, since we all seem to post in them anyhows!

I did the side to side head wave and when I was stopped at a light - I did the teapot wave to a van full of kids, they were splitting their sides and going ape! The parents looked around and by then I had resumed "serious biker poseur" look ... priceless! If ever you see a teapot waving biker ... 'tis only me!

when riding something like a old bonnie, they vibrate and brake so badly that the riders cannot afford to let go of one of the grips!
harley's are the same, its rare to see a harley rider riding with one hand on his pull backs/ t bone risers/ apehangers....
man, whats the point of a cruiser? (not VMAX or power cruiser)

Hell, I wave to anything on two wheels. Sometimes when the cruise control is on I'll wave with my right hand just to confuse another rider that thinks another Harley with a sticky throttle.
